1.服務對象：房屋、土地坐落或車輛設籍於臺中市之所有權人或其繼承人，且住居所亦在臺中市，符合下列情形之一者。 Service object: The owner or heir of the house, land or vehicle ， and the registration is in Taichung City, and the residence is also in Taichung City, who meets one of the following conditions. （一）年滿六十五歲以上之長者。 Elders aged 65 and above. （二）領有身心障礙證明者。 Those who have a certificate of disability. （三）家有重症親屬需專人照顧無法出門者。 Family members with critically ill relatives need special care for those unable to go out. 2.作業時間 Operation time （一）受理預約時間為非國定例假日之每週一至週五上午八時至下午五時。 The time for accepting appointments is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every Monday to Friday, which is not a national holiday. （二）到府送件時間為次一上班日上午九時至十一時、下午二時三十分至四時三十分。 The time for home delivery is from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm on the next working day.
